Days 1–2 · Ljubljana
Settle into one base and explore on foot. Choose food, museums or the castle according to your interests.
Days 3–4 · Bled and Bohinj
Stay in the lake region for two nights. Give each lake its own day; walking, boat trips and mountain activities need different weather and fitness conditions.
Day 5 · Journey to the coast
Travel via the Ljubljana–Postojna corridor, with an optional timed cave visit. Keep the evening free after changing accommodation.
Days 6–7 · Piran and departure
Use the coast as a relaxed final base. Agree the airport departure time before booking any final-day activity. For Soča, add two nights or replace the coast instead of squeezing it in.

Weather & flexibility
Keep the two lake days interchangeable. Mountain lifts, boats and trails may close in poor weather; a transport booking does not guarantee an activity will operate.
