Meet your driver
At VCE, meet in arrivals with a name sign. At the port, use the confirmed accessible meeting point outside your terminal.
Included in the fare
VAT, fuel, road tolls, standard parking and regular luggage. Extra stops, oversized luggage and unusual parking requirements are agreed in advance.
Flight tracking and waiting
We monitor your flight and adjust pickup to actual arrival. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes after landing. Flight or ship delays themselves carry no surcharge; cruise meeting and waiting arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Children and luggage
Tell us the children’s ages and the number and size of bags. Passenger capacity alone does not guarantee luggage space; we confirm the combination before booking.

Can I book from the ship to the airport?
Yes. Select Trieste Cruise Port → Venice Airport in the form. Send your ship name, disembarkation time and flight departure; we agree pickup with a suitable traffic and airport allowance.
Does this include Venice city or Treviso Airport?
This fare covers Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) and Trieste Cruise Port. Venice city road access is at Piazzale Roma; boat transport is separate. For Treviso (TSF), Trieste Airport (TRS) or a different address, request a separate quote.
Can we reserve both directions?
Yes. Enter your first journey and add the return date, local pickup time and travel details in the notes. We confirm the total for both journeys in writing.
How do we pay and cancel?
No payment is taken on this website. Payment instructions arrive with your confirmation. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged in full. See the booking terms below.

Booking, payment and cancellation
Sending a request does not reserve a vehicle. We confirm availability, the vehicle, meeting point and total price in writing. Payment instructions are provided with the confirmation; for advance bookings, payment is due at least 48 hours before pickup. For shorter notice, payment timing is agreed before confirmation. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged in full. Please contact us for changes before travel. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes after actual landing; hotels include 15 minutes. Extra waiting costs €20 for Golf or €30 for Vito per started 30 minutes, agreed with you before extra waiting begins. Flight or ship delays themselves do not incur a surcharge. Cruise meeting and waiting arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Optional measurement records aggregate page views and contact clicks without advertising cookies. These counts are approximate, not unique visitors. External WhatsApp and email links use their respective providers. This website does not collect card details.
