What the price includes

VAT, fuel, road tolls, standard parking and regular luggage. Extra stops, unusual parking requirements and oversized luggage must be agreed before booking.

What information do you need?

Send your date, local pickup time, exact pickup and destination addresses, passenger count and luggage. Include your flight or ship number where relevant. We confirm availability and the final price in writing; sending an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle.

Can I book the return journey or add a stop?

Yes, request it with your travel details. A return journey, sightseeing time and additional stops need a separate confirmed quote. Your transfer quote does not cover a day excursion unless explicitly agreed.

How much luggage fits?

Passenger capacity does not guarantee space for every luggage combination. Tell us the number and size of bags, plus any child seats, wheelchairs or sports equipment, before vehicle confirmation.

How are pickup time and journey duration agreed?

We agree pickup based on your exact addresses, flight or ship schedule and expected road conditions. Travel time varies with traffic and season; ask for a route-specific estimate with your inquiry.

Your pickup, step by step

At the airport

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We send the meeting instructions and contact details before pickup. We monitor your flight and adjust pickup to actual arrival without a flight-delay surcharge. Please contact us if baggage collection or border checks take longer.

At the cruise port

Send the ship name and expected disembarkation time. We confirm the accessible meeting point outside the terminal and meet you with a name sign. If the ship is delayed, we adjust the agreed pickup without a delay surcharge. Contact your driver when you leave the ship; terminal access rules may affect the exact meeting point.

Hotels and Venice

At hotels, meet your driver at reception or the agreed accessible entrance. In Venice historic centre, the road transfer ends or starts at Piazzale Roma. Walking, vaporetto or a separately arranged water taxi connects you to your hotel; boat transport is not included.

A late flight after your cruise?

Turn the wait into a private sightseeing stop. Ask about a walk and coffee in Trieste, a stop near Miramare, or time in Venice before your flight from Marco Polo. From Koper, ask about a coastal stop in Piran. We propose an itinerary only after checking your disembarkation time, flight, luggage and traffic allowance. Sightseeing time, tickets, boats and guides are not included in the one-way fare; you receive a separate fixed quote. Airport arrival takes priority.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Sending a request does not reserve a vehicle. We confirm availability, the vehicle, meeting point and total price in writing. Payment instructions are provided with the confirmation; for advance bookings, payment is due at least 48 hours before pickup. For shorter notice, payment timing is agreed before confirmation. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged in full. Please contact us for changes before travel. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes after actual landing; hotels include 15 minutes. Extra waiting costs €20 for Golf or €30 for Vito per started 30 minutes, agreed with you before extra waiting begins. Flight or ship delays themselves do not incur a surcharge. Cruise meeting and waiting arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Optional measurement records aggregate page views and contact clicks without advertising cookies. These counts are approximate, not unique visitors. External WhatsApp and email links use their respective providers. This website does not collect card details.
