Send your ship name, date, expected disembarkation and all-aboard deadline. We agree an earlier return target with a traffic allowance. Buy attraction tickets only after we confirm the timing and vehicle. A short port call may require a shorter excursion.
A request is not a reservation. We confirm the itinerary, vehicle and total price in writing. Advance bookings are payable at least 48 hours before pickup; shorter-notice payment is agreed individually. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged in full. Separately purchased tickets follow the attraction’s conditions.
